Returns & Exchange Policy

Before you start your return

  • Item(s) are available for return once they have shipped.
  • Please note that you must organise and pay for the return postage costs yourself. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  • A refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued for clean, unworn, and unwashed sneakers. If you receive sneakers and spot that the product is not 100% clean, please get in touch with our customer support before you start the return process.
  • Both the product and package need to be in their original condition.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original form of payment. Items received beyond 30 days from that date will no longer be eligible for return.
  • Items marked as “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange.

After you start your return

  • Our returns take up to 5 business days to process after we receive the package.
  • Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment
  • Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

  • Initiate your return here.
  • Complete your contact information so we can contact you and process your request.
  • Choose whether you want to return or exchange your product.
  • Provide your Cariuma order number.
  • Select a reason for the return / exchange request.
  • If exchanging, Detail the item(s) you’d like to exchange for.
  • Add any notes / comments or images to support your request.
  • Submit the form.

Please note: While we don't charge restocking and processing fees on returned products, customers are responsible for their postage costs.
